💬 Client Responsibilities & Process
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own Shopify account, subscriptions, payments, and compliance with Shopify’s terms and policies.
Custom services begin after purchase and communication. Turnaround times may vary based on responsiveness and project scope.
✨ Policies & Limitations
Due to the custom and digital nature of services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Shopifairy Godmother is not responsible for Shopify platform outages, policy changes, third-party app issues, or technical limitations outside of setup and design services.
